Inspection Program Development

We can work with your already established program for integrity testing of your plant and equipment or we can help develop your Mechanical Integrity program from the ground up tailored to meet your specific needs.

By assigning a dedicated staff to implement or review your inspection program we’ll ensure it meets or exceeds organisational, national and international compliance requirements. By developing equipment specific inspection plans and procedures, we’ll deliver repeatable and cost effective long term results. Working alongside your plant operating, engineering and maintenance personnel we’ll ensure the program’s continued success.

Client Portal – Document Management

edocsRegulatory, industry, and organisational requirements have created a need for robust testing and inspection procedures. At GQI, we understand and appreciate the industry’s need for rigid, thorough procedures and the importance of document control, access and retrievability. To meet this need in a modern fashion, we’ve created an on-line Client Portal.

Our Client Portal is GQI’s  web-accessible, project management, and electronic document repository. Available online, the program stores all procedures, personnel certifications, reports, and manuals providing password protected access to those areas of the system applicable to the specific clients business. The Client Portal ensures that GQI clients and technicians always have access to the most current revision to GQI documents as well as supporting reports.

Each client may request their own secure landing page where authorised representatives will have 24 hour access to new and archived reports, clearly organised for easy retrieval.
